PM Modi: Medical Education in Hindi Will Bring Positive Change

On Sunday, October 16, Mr. Amit Shah, Home Minister, released textbooks for three subjects in Hindi for MBBS students in Bhopal. The books were released as a part of an ambitious initiative undertaken by the Madhya Pradesh government to impart medical education in the Hindi language.

 

Mr. Shah called the book launch an important day in Indian history. He added that Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to provide a medical course in Hindi.

 

Speaking about the book launch, Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister, stated that medical education in Hindi will bring a positive change in the country as lakhs of students will be able to study in their language. He added that this initiative could open new doors of opportunity for many medical students.
